Buying vouchers

Vouchers can be bought like normal articles in the shop. As soon as you buy the voucher and it has been activated after the payment has been received the amount will be visible in your shopping cart. Now you can send the amount with the link "send voucher" by email.

How to send vouchers

To be able to send a voucher please click the link "send voucher" in your shopping cart. To send a voucher we need the following information: First and last name of the recipient. A valid email address of the recipient. The desired amount (you can also send fraction amounts of your balance). A short message for the recipient. Please check the information before sending it. Before you send the voucher you have the possibility to check the information.

Shopping with vouchers

As soon as you have received the balance you can use it to pay your order. during the ordering process you have the possibility of cashing in your voucher. If your voucher amount is less than the amount of your consignment you must choose the manner of payment for the difference. If your consignment is less than your voucher the difference will be available for your next order.
